A little bit late, but here’s this week’s breakdown:

I’ve been sort of taken with starting the week with a very short trot, and pushing the longer run into the week, although this is very much a summertime sort of schedule!
I was a bit skeptical about Strava’s logging of this week’s long run. That feels way too fast, and there is one split at 4:29/km of which I feel a bit suspicious (although running the same path later was 4:36/km, so maybe…).
I ended up running with someone on the 13th, who wasn’t so keen to take a longer run. I meant to do a second round in the afternoon, but it didn’t happen. *shrug*
