A week is a long time in running… (2/10/16)

This week, I decided to run without a (formal) plan. Sadly the informally planned long run today didn’t happen because I left all of my running clothes in the office, so I only managed three runs this week:

27 September 5.5km  29:09  5:17/km
28 September 6.4km  38:10  5:54/km
30 September 3.4km  19:01  5:36/km
Total  15.3km

I’ve been doing some more stretching this week but also really struggling a bit with a tight back and stiff ankles. Sitting on trains commuting for hours every day is just GRIM! Luckily it’s not for much longer…
