A week is a long time in running… (16/10/16)

Weeks when I’m travelling can be the worst. Not only did I have a long, long trip midweek, but San Francisco then decided to rain more of less full on for the first three days I was there. Helpful. Relocating means trying to figure out a whole new set of routes, and ideally ones that have hills but not too many.

Anyway, this is what the week looked like:

My shabbiest week for a while! This week’s mission will be to try to find some good trails to run, perhaps around the Presidio. Golden Gate Park is really nice, particularly for longer routes, but is mostly road/pavement.
